Fairuz Derin Bulut

Fairuz Derin Bulut was founded by Demir Kerem Atay and Okan Yılmaz in 1996. In 2000 with the joining of Taharruz as the bass guitarist, theybecame a full-fledged music band and got to the finals in Roxy Music Days in 2001. After that they accelerated their album works and concerts. In the year 2002 again they got to the finals in Roxy Music Days and received the jury’s special award. They got various awards from university music contests. Their first album “Kundante” was released in 2003 with the label of Ada Music. The production of the album was undertaken by the founders of Babazula music band, Murat Ertel and Levent Akman. A song of the group was also included in the collected album “Bombardranje New Yorka” released in Crotia. The band worked with the renowned rappist Ceza and made the cover of the unforgettable protest song “Rap Rap” of Cem karaca with another rappist Ayben. Fairuz Derin Bulut gave many concerts around the country ranging from İstanbul to Anatolia. They also made the soundtrack of the film “Acı Aşk,” which was nominated as candidate for the best soundtrack in the 42th Screen Writers Association (SİYAD) Awards.
