Lodos (The Southwest) The only thing that can be said for “Lodos” is that it is an extraordinary album project  produced by extraordinary musicians including guitarist Sarp Maden, bass clarinetist Oğuz Büyükberber, contrabass player Mahmut Yalay and the drummer Ayşe Tezer. The performance draws attention with the contradictory emotions it excites. It is an album that won’t escape the notice of jazz listeners searching for new experiments. No doubt the album will live longer than the CD on which it is recorded.   ...
