Uğur Çınar
Uğur Çınar Graduated from Istanbul Technical University (ITU) in 1986, he was appointed to State Turkish Music Society of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism as an administrator and soloist. He subsequently worked in Haliç University as a lecturer for eight years. He prepared programmes for TRT Istanbul Radio between the years 1993-2003. He received the “Best Radio Programme of the Year” award in 2003 with his programme “Yıldız Sesler” (Star Voices) broadcasted between 2002-2005. Çınar also served as the administrator of Atatürk Culture Center for three years. As the artist of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism he gave many solo concerts both at home and abroad. He hosted many famous musicians and artists in his TV programme “Bir Tatlı Huzur” he directed and anchored for TRT 2. He is stil working as a soloist in Istanbul State Turkish Music Society of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism....
