Born in Istanbul, the artist recognized the music in him at the age of 5 with his piano, the gift from his father, who discovered his talent. Bora Öztoprak, who started his live performance career at the age of 16, performed in various clubs while completing University education. He's already started to write his own songs at the time. In addition to his tracks like "Seni Seviyorum", "Akdeniz Geceleri", "Basima Bela misin", "Gidiyorum" which are among the unforgettable Turkish Pop classics, he continued to write songs for many famous singers such as Nükhet Duru, Yeşim Salkim, Yonca Evcimik, Hazal, etc. Since 1994, the artist has 6 solo albums and 7 singles. Having performed over 2000 concerts and special performances, he has also written for numerous musical plays including Nafile Dünya produced for Duru Tiyatro and has been nominated for the Afife Theater Awards in 2014. Bora Oztoprak, who continues his musical journey without a break, has been successful in the field of copyright as a Board Member of the Musical Work Owners Group (MSG) for more than 10 years. Recently preparing a special project for his 25th anniversary in the business, Oztoprak makes a new musical talk show on YouTube EflatunTV channel, called Turkce Karisik.
