Özge Sarıkurt Saraç was born on 21.12.1980 in the Netherlands. She completed her primary school years in Trabzon. She started her musical life, which she started playing the oud at the age of 10, and then continued bu singing in Classical Turkish Music choirs. Özge Sarıkurt Saraç, a graduate of Trabzon High School, was interested in music and theater throughout her high school life. Her passion for music and theater from an early age determined her direction as “ Opera-singing” education at the University. She graduated from Ankara Gazi University, Faculty of Fine Arts ,Departmend of Music, Opera-Singing in 2003. She carried out Opera and Classical Turkish Music studies together throughout her university life. After her graduation she started to continue her life in İstanbul. Özge Sarıkurt Saraç, who has been working as a Music Teacher in Private Institutions in İstanbul for about 17 years, sang the song “ Vebal” in Tunay Bozyiğit’s “ Şahrud-Seyuduna 3” albüm in 2006. She met the magical World of fairy tales in 2016 and started to work as a professional storyteller by completing the trainings of “ Seiba International Storytelling Center” . Özge Sarıkurt Saraç, who performs musical fairy tales for children and adults, writes and composes songs for stories and tales, and interprets them by making their own songs independently.
