Completing her primary education in Denizli, Nihal Salda attended the (baglama, voice training, folk music theory) courses of the Denizli Municipal Conservatory between the years 1991-1996, and she participated in these courses as a department head assistant, intrumentist, chorist and a vocalist. She took part in various concerts and organizations especially in the Aegean region. She performed as a vocalist and intrumentist in the music band “Grup Ada” which was founded in Denizli.
To complete her academic education she took the exams of the Turkish Music Conservatory of Istanbul Technical University and was accepted for the departments of Liberal Arts and of Voice Training simultaneously in 1997. Opting for the department of Voice Training, she studied with precious masters such as Alaaddin Yavaşça, Yücel Paşmakçı, Prof. Dr. Can Etili Ökten and Selahattin İçli.
In the academic year 2007-2008 she worked as a music teacher in Beyoğlu Piri Paşa Elementary School and in 2009-2010 in Maçka Akif Tuncel Anatolian Industrial Vocational High School.
In the year 2009 she vocalized ‘’Kırmızı Buğday,’’ a Manisa folk song for the album ‘’Karadut - Rengahenk Türküler III’’. In addition to this, she took part in various albums as a vocalist.
Now preparing to release her first solo album ‘’Reva’’ Nihal Salda is pursuing her music career in Istanbul.
