Nurettin Rençber
Born in Mersin, he moved to a Kurdish village in Adıyaman with his family in his early childhood. He began to play the baglama and got interested in folk music during his youth. After high school years, working for a while in a factory in Mersin he went to study Philosophy in Ankara University. Graduating from the university in 1987 he began to work as a music teacher in Trabzon. Then he gave up teaching to devote himself to music. He has many compositions and shared them for the first time with the audience in 1985 giving a concert in Ankara. Then he has actively carried on his music career with many albums and concerts. His album “Kalbimdeki Yangın” (The Fire in my Heart) was released in 1997 with the label of Ada Music.  ...
