I was born in 1983, Ankara. I have started my music career by taking vocal training. During high school years I have participated in polyphonic chorus as a

soloist. In 2004, I was graduated from Abant İzzet Baysal University, Faculty of Fine Arts Education, Music Department as a third honour student.  In 2007, I was assigned to Atatürk Elementary School in Urfa as a music teacher. Afterwards, I have started to work at the Turkish German Vocational High School in Ankara. I have performed as a soloist in Polyphonic Chorus Association for three years.  

Since 2004, I have been writing lyrics, composing and singing children songs. Apart from these, I have been singing for tv series and commercials. I am married, have two children and I am still working at the Turkish German Vocational High School.

 

KAAN ÖTER

I was born in 1981 in Ankara. My music journey started in high school years with Özgür ABBAK by guitar practices.  I have decided to involve in music professionally in those years, therefore I have started my undergraduate education in Hacettepe State Conservatory, continuing in Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, Faculty of Education in Music. Within that period, I have practiced classical guitar with Bekir KÜÇÜKAY, Ahmet KANNECİ, Sadık YÖNDEM. I have done my post graduate in Yüzüncü Yıl University, Faculty of Fine Arts Music Department by writing up my thesis about “Popular Culture and Music”. During these studies I have practiced advanced classical guitar with Asst. Prof. Kürşat TERCİ from Bilkent University Performing Arts Department. In same years I have worked as instructor in Yüzüncü Yıl University Faculty of Fine Arts Music Department. I have participated in master classes with local and international musicians and performed in many cities. I took place in many projects as composer and arranger. I have produced music for theatre plays, cinema movies, as well as tv shows, tv commercials, radio commercials and documentaries. Being instructor made me interest in children songs and I have participated in many projects in this matter. I have been teaching guitar and piano at Ankara Mimar Sinan Fine Arts High School and continuing personal music studies.
