Soul Sacrifice
Soul Sacrifice A Turkish metal band from Istanbul, Soul Sacrifice has a variety of sounds, including mostly death metal with melodic tunes, some oriental turkish melodies and a mixture of different vocal types. The band started jamming by guitarists Maksim and Feyzi in 1997. Maksim also did the vocals in early days of first four piece line-up. In 1999, Baris (ex-voc.) joined the band and started to do the vocal work. The band went beyond being an amateur metal band at short notice. In 2001, Sevan (ex-bass) and Cagri (ex-drums) joined the band and new line-up started to work. The band recorded their first demo, “A Gift From An Angel”, which was used for promotional purposes and performed in big festivals & shows. The band has departed in 2003 opening the door for the current line-up. Onur, the drummer of the band in the album “Myst” formally joined the band. Then Ozgur Ozkan who had worked with the band several times before joined as the bass player and .....
